All bras and sleepwear are returnable* for store credit or exchange within 90 days to ensure you get the right fit. Refunds are within 14 days. *Please see our dedicated Returns and Exchanges page for full details
We offer free return shipping within the UK. Outside of UK return shipping is not refundable, however you will not be charged shipping for the exchange items to be sent to you.
We aim to process your exchange and store credits within 48hrs of receiving it at our collections warehouse. You will be contacted by email to let you know this has happened. Your store credit will be emailed or exchanged items will be sent out on the next available courier. Refunds will be processed once they have been forwarded back to us, allow 7-10 days. Peak holiday times may experience a slightly delay in processing times.
We have a generous 3 month policy for finding any faults, after this time frame it's considered fair wear and tear. Please email details and photos within 3 months to support@hmcollective.com

FIT TIP - This is a plunge style so definitely more of an occasion bra than a daily wear bra. The band is slightly firmer than other styles and the cup is half a size smaller if you are fuller in the top of bust.

This is such a comfortable, supportive and truly beautiful nursing bra. The clasp takes a little getting used to but this is definitely my new favourite bra.

I love this bra! Since being pregnant I’ve struggled with feeling anything like my old self and hate the fact that all nursing bras I seemed to try just made me look like I had drooping boobs or they were really ugly. This is beautiful and actually makes me feel feminine again. The only downside is that because the cup is smaller, it’s difficult to put a breast pad in without it being visible, so probably best for women who don’t need them

Beautiful Bra and super comfy, just a shame the wire came out after 7 weeks.
When I started breastfeeding I decided to spend some money and get myself some good quality bra’s, as prior to this I had always wore cheap £5 bras as I had small boobs so never needed much support. Being really honest the wire coming out of a bra has never happened to me before so i can only think that this has happened for one of two reason:
1) my boobs are bigger so it was inevitable and this happens to everyone
or
2) the bra isn’t the best quality and just has a higher price tag to make you think it is better quality
Having said that I have two other bras that I bought from hotmilk without underwire and they are amazing, this one unfortunately is destined for the bin :-(

I love the beautiful design of this bra, and the fit is very comfortable as well. My only complaint is that the foam cup part is very small so if you have big nipples or upturned boobs your nipples may show through the lace. But over all I am very happy with this bra, and love how pretty and sexy it makes me feel

I usually wear a 14DD (even in other Hotmilk bras) but sized up to a 14F for this style. It is GORGEOUS and somehow still comfortable, and I immediately went out and bought it in all the available colours. I was glad to be able to try on in-store though, because I would have gone back and forth several times with posting due to the cup-size issue.

I like this one, it’s comfortable, fits well, is reasonably supportive.... I dislike the thick satiny band around the ribcage. It may be an anatomy issue with me, but I found the band folds up in half shortly after putting the bra on 75 of the way around.
If there was a slightly different band option, this would be a sure winner for me.

This bra is able to cover my breast at 34H (US) while still making me feel good about my body and bring comfortable. I would jokingly call my old bras “sexy grandma” but this bra actually looks cute on and doesnt smoosh everything together or cause pain
